Step 2: Group the Rows with Ease

Now it’s time to work your magic! Right-click on one of the highlighted rows, and behold, a menu of wonders will appear. Click on “Show more > Actions on rows” to unlock a sidebar menu full of possibilities.

Choose the enchanting “Group rows…” option that perfectly reflects the rows you have selected (Group rows 5-7), as showcased in our example. Voila! Your selected rows are now elegantly grouped. Look out for the minus sign (-) with a descending line displayed next to the rows. This chic indicator confirms the successful grouping.
