List of Formulas: Easily Find the Function You Need
The cheat sheet contains many formulas, and each of these formulas performs a common and useful task in Google Sheets.
These formulas aren’t just randomly chosen, and they aren’t all basic formulas that everyone knows… the sheet covers a wide range of formulas, from the simplest to the most advanced.
You’ll find formulas, formula variations, and nested formulas that can solve almost any type of spreadsheet problem/task.
Each formula is ready to be copied and pasted into your own Google spreadsheet, so you just have to adjust the cell references to fit your needs.
As you can see in the example image below, each formula is accompanied by a description, so you can easily understand what each one does.
Shortcuts: Make Your Work Faster and Easier
Your cheat sheet also includes a section that shows you keyboard shortcuts for Google Sheets, making working with spreadsheets much easier and allowing you to create much faster!

Operators: Quick Reference for All Symbols
There are several different “operators” to remember when creating custom formulas, such as mathematical operators (Multiplication, Division, Square, etc.) and other comparison operators used in formula expressions (Not Equal to, Greater Than or Equal to, etc.)… and your cheat sheet will provide you with a list of these operators, so you always know exactly what symbol to type to express what you want to do/say in your formulas!
Copy and Paste Directly into Your Spreadsheet
Simply open the cheat sheet in your Chrome browser, then copy the formula you need and paste it into your spreadsheet.
This will save you time by avoiding manual typing of formulas.
You can save the PDF to your computer… then right-click the file, click “Open with,” and then click “Google Chrome”. Opening the file this way in Chrome makes copying and pasting easier.
Alternatively, you can save the file to your Google Drive, and the cheat sheet will open in Google Drive’s PDF viewer. To copy the formulas while viewing the PDF in Google Drive, you’ll need to click precisely on the left edge of the formula, hold your click, and drag your cursor to the right until the end of the formula. The formula won’t highlight/download until your cursor reaches the end of the formula (which is why viewing in Chrome is easier).
After copying and pasting the formula into a cell in your spreadsheet, you just need to adjust the cell/range references to apply it to your specific data set. The descriptions in the formulas will help you understand what each reference represents.
